We are a wholefood salad company called Keenwah. We make fresh, wholefood and natural quinoa salads. The food we make is unusual, extremely healthy and really delicious. We use organic ingredients wherever we can and use local produce wherever possible.
You can find us trading at Exmouth Market in Farringdon (Wednesdays to Fridays) where we have our salad bar and very soon you can find us at Berwick Street / Rupert Street Market in Soho too.
You choose the size bowl you want, then you fill your bowl with whatever you like from the range of salads we have to offer. You then top your salad with your choice of home-made dressings and a range of other nice things like sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and tatziki .
We try to be as environmentally conscious as we possibly can. The salad bowls are either corn starch which fully compost or the large salad boxes are recycled and recyclable as is all the cutlery.
Everything we use for our business is as sustainable as we can make it (check our links page for the companies we use). We are currently in the first stages of talking with Sustain, in hope to make our set up and business as earth conscious as possible.
We make a large selection of salads, mainly using the Quinoa grain, but also have a camargue rice salad, chick pea salad, potato salad, and fresh greens (spinach, lettuce etc). The menu always varies and changes so there is always something new to try. The following are the basis of what we make.

We are not just about the food and filling peoples bellies. We want to provide a space and area for people to eat, relax, watch, look, listen and do. We have a 20 ft yurt, in which we have a comfortable space with visual art projections, ambient music, games and things to do. There will be a chess, cards, dominoes, scrabble, drafts etc. There will also be some arts and crafty bits like knitting, beads (to make what you want with), spirograph, books to read.
